Anne is a self-made entrepreneur who entered the working world at just sixteen and hasn’t looked back since. With years of experience managing hotels, mine sites, and restaurants, she now brings her passion for people and hospitality to her latest venture, Lake Hill Estate.

Life has taken Anne and her family from  Fiji to New Zealand, Australia, Norway to Northern Ireland, where they embraced new cultures, new flavours, and new languages. Those years abroad inspired a deep appreciation for diversity, connection, and the simple joy of bringing people together.

Now back home in New Zealand, the family combines their Irish and Fijian roots with a touch of European influence to create truly unique, heartfelt experiences. At Lake Hill Estate, every celebration is personal, every detail cared for, and every guest made to feel right at home.
